If you’ve visited Cummins.com or social.cummins.com within the past week, you’ve probably noticed something’s a bit…different. That’s because on Friday, Nov. 7, we successfully launched a new and improved design for both sites.
What do we hope to accomplish with the refresh? First, we want to provide an improved overall browsing experience for you, our visitors. Web users are increasingly using smart phones and tablets as their primary means of browsing the web. Pointing and clicking your way around a website with a mouse works great. With your finger? Not so much. We’ve taken this into account, and both sites are fully responsive.
The new sites also allows us to better tell the Cummins story. It’s hard to believe, but in 2019 it will be a story that’s a century old. So we’ll continue to update both sites with new content – from product and investor relations-related information to dynamic video galleries and stories on our sustainability efforts – to better keep our visitors informed on what’s happening at Cummins.
