Thailand’s leading event for electrical and mechanical contractors, which took place from 15th -16th August, proved to be a positive experience for Cummins Power Generation distributor Cummins DKSH (Thailand) Limited. More than 400 customers and potential customers dropped by at the Cummins booth to meet staff and discuss requirements, resulting in around 20 sales leads for the Thai distributor.PGBU_Show_1

Each year the Thai Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Association (TEMCA) Annual Seminar and Exhibition draws up to 1,000 of the country’s consultants, contractors, designers, end-users and government officials. The show this year was the second time Cummins DKSH had taken a booth. Apiched Bunluenuecharee, Sales and Marketing Manager for Cummins DKSH, views the event as an important opportunity for building brand awareness.

“The purpose of our presence at the event was to present our brand and products,” said Bunluenuecharee. “The objective is to retain existing customers as well as gain potential customers.”

This year’s Cummins presence was more extensive than last year’s, with a bigger booth and  wider showcasing of Cummins Power Generation products. Attendees were able to examine the C8 D5 closed generator set and C110 D5 open generator set that were on display, and meet with booth personnel to obtain updates on new products.
