Melanie Margolin, Senior Counsel – Global Litigation

Cummins announced Melanie Margolin to the title of Senior Counsel, Global Litigation. Margolin’s first day with the Company was April 29.

The Cummins Law Department provides a full range of legal services in support of Cummins Inc. and its consolidated businesses. The department is led by Sharon Barner, Vice President – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Our U.S. staff is located in Columbus and Indianapolis, Indiana. We also have international legal offices located in the United Kingdom, India, Australia, Brazil, China and Mexico and Africa. Through these various offices, we are able to support our businesses throughout the world.

Margolin comes to Cummins from the law firm, Frost Brown Todd in Indianapolis where she worked for 13 years, most recently serving as Equity Partner in Business Litigation and Products Liability. Her career also includes law practice at Chicago firm, Alholm, Monahan, Keefe & Klauke as well as serving as a litigator for the Chicago Housing Authority. Margolin has spent most of her career as a litigator and has received numerous commendations for her work and leadership.
